The previous focus of our collaboration with Praxis Dr. Hürtgen AG has been particularly on automation: Repetitive and error-prone processes in practice were automated through reliable processes, such as several areas of appointment booking in the practice or digital patient recording.
At the same time, previous marketing strategies in practice were analysed using technical tracking and related returns of investments examined.
We are currently working to improve the marketing system based on data to optimize the general return on investment. We also continuously link the administrative system we have set up with the clinic's practice software to further exploit the maximum automation potential and further relieve practice staff.

Advise aims to make it easier for people of younger generations to access high-quality housing. At the time of our collaboration, Advise also specialized in young people who came to Switzerland to study at certain universities.

For Advise, we extended their existing website with a password-protected area. With the aim of simplifying the booking process for booking customers and automating repetitive data flows.
We also advised on their general IT setup and how it could be optimized for the future.

Vitabyte supplies a significant number of Swiss practices with its web-based practice software E-pat. With the aim of continuously providing an ever more modern and valuable management system for a wide range of medical practices.

The first main task was to create a new, modern mobile app for iOS & Android, which supplements the web-based practice software in line with management wishes and continuous feedback from customers.
To increase the efficiency of mobile app support in the company, a privacy-compliant on-premise tracking system was introduced, which identified the causes of problems quickly and without complications.
In further steps, various automations were developed and employees were taught. Ideas regarding IT architecture and in particular a major infrastructure change were also proposed. With the primary goal of significantly increasing the company's cost efficiency.
During all these processes, protecting patient data was always a top priority. From designing new architectures, through tracking, to working methods and access.

“Codics has a deep understanding of modern programming languages and technologies in the front end, backend and in the development of iOS and Android mobile applications. Their ability to analyze complex problems and develop targeted solutions is remarkable. In addition, Codics has demonstrated excellent knowledge in the areas of software architecture, database design, software testing and tracking. Mesubis is a new, digital learning platform that aims to improve access to high-quality teaching globally.

We set up a complete setup for Mesubis:
It all began with a modern website, which also acts as a web app/platform and is managed via an administrative system created by us. At the same time, a modern tracking system with associated pipelines was set up, which is constantly being expanded with new platform functionalities.
The mobile app for iOS & Android was added later with all known features such as deep linking, push notifications, etc.
We are also constantly adding automation to this project to further strengthen productivity and business opportunities. As always, with cost-effective IT architectures that are equipped with artificial intelligence in the right places.
Other popular, purely technical concepts, such as the websocket protocol for real-time communication, were also set up for an optimal user experience and a modern platform setup in general.
